Dr. Khaki was a strong advocate for human rights, interfaith dialogue, and the integration of Muslim communities into Canadian society.
Funded by the Multiculturalism Program of the Canadian government and by the government of British Columbia, the Pacific Interfaith Citizenship Association of British Columbia's mission was to promote a better understanding among diverse cultural and religious groups.
The Metropolitan Cathedral of Our Lady of the Holy Rosary, commonly known as Holy Rosary Cathedral, is the cathedral of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Vancouver. It is located in the downtown area of Vancouver, B.C.
