Description
Court documents from the Supreme Court of British Columbia. The trial dates were October 5 and 6, 1981, with the final judgement being on October 14, 1981. The case lists the plaintiffs as Ronald Fraser, David Lam, and Donald Fields. Gurdev Singh Gill is listed as the defendant. The document details the case at hand involving property owned by Gurdev Singh which had been purportedly sold to the plaintiffs. The plaintiffs argued that the property had been purchased by them, however, Gurdev Singh argued that the sale was never finalized. In the documents it is revealed that the plaintiffs had attempted to offer a payment that was significantly lower than market value for the house. Because of this, Gurdev Singh did not want to go through with the offer. The final judgement was in favour of Gurdev Singh Gill.
