Dhupia writes to Dr. Gill stating that he is still waiting for a reply to his last letter. He further writes asking for Dr. Gill's assistance in enlisting members to the International Punjabi Society in Vancouver in order to establish a branch in the city.

Dhupia writes to Dr. Gill stating that although the committee is interested in his views, they cannot go forward with anything until an International Punjabi Society branch with a minimum of twenty members, has been opened and functioning in Vancouver. He concludes his letter by telling Dr. Gill that in regards to the possible business venture of a hotel, he and his fellow committee members would like to meet with him the next time he is in India.
