[Group photo of Herb Doman and two unidentified businessmen at an unidentified resort hotel]

In a room at an unidentified resort hotel, Herb Doman meets with two unidentified businessmen. Herb Doman and one businessman sit on wicker chairs on the right side of a glass coffee table, with the other businessman sitting on a sofa opposite them. The table is laden with paper napkins, plastic cocktail picks, empty glass bottles, and drinks in hurricane glasses. A potted fern sits by the wall beyond the table. The grounds of the resort can be seen through a large window spanning the rear wall of the room. A concrete path runs through a grassy lawn on the grounds, abutted by a dense stand of trees. A fence separates the grassy lawn from a poolside complete with deck chairs and patio umbrellas.
