One onlooker stands next to the open door of his vehicle. Pedestrians can be seen milling about nearby and in the background. Two buses sit parked at the far side of the roadway. Pennant strings hang suspended over the roadway. Stands of trees and lampposts about the roadway on either side. A large multi-storey building with a clock tower under a cloudy sky can be seen in the background.
