[Photo of Herb Doman and an unidentified businessman sitting on a sofa in an unidentified private room]

In a private room at an unidentified hotel, Herb Doman poses for a photo sitting on a sofa with an unidentified businessman. Herb is holding a glass of alcohol. The other man has his arm around Herb's shoulder. A smaller chair sits to the left of the sofa, while a short table sits to the right. A dining table sits behind the sofa, surrounded by chairs and laden with cups, plates, utencils, and a floral arrangement. There is a mirror mounted on the wall behind the table. Other guests can be seen through the mirror. Light fixtures with electric candles are mounted on either side of the mirror. The wall to the left of the table is fitted with windows with one layer of thick yellow curtains and a second layer of sheer white curtains. A lamp stands in the corner of the room.
