[Trucking account cheque no. 496]

A cheque from the Duncan Branch of the Canadian Bank of Commerce signed by Herb Doman to deduct from his trucking account. It is stamped and marked "paid". This cheque, no. 496, is for ten dollars and five cents to be paid to Stewart Hudson Ltd. on February 14th, 1953. Stewart and Hudson was a lumber and hardware company once active in Victoria.

Postage stamp reads "Canada Postes Postage 3¢". Label on cheque reads "Trucking acct.".
