The attendee fourth from the right in the first row holds the trophy for the Driver of the Year Award issued by Doman's Transport Limited. Wallpaper and a window with a drawn curtain can be seen behind the attendees.

At a Doman Industries company function in November of 1965, Herb Doman hands a "Driver of the Year Award" trophy to one of his employees. Herb stands behind a table fitted with a podium and a microphone and laden with various cups, plates, salt and pepper shakers and hors d'oeuvres. Three other attendees are standing beside Herb, but they are obscured by the Trophy or cut off by the edge of the photograph. The award recipient stands on the opposite side of the table.
