This document contains an interview note with Lillian Squinas with RCMP. Squinas mentions that an RCMP officer of South Asian descent working in Quesnel can be rough when arresting Indigenous young people. It is noted that Baltej Singh Dhillon was spoken to and that he does not treat Indigenous people differently.
