Following an ensemble cast of characters facing various moral conflicts, the film examines the potential dangers of an inefficient administration and observes the ways which societal stagnation and public apathy can open doors to corruption, moral degradation and sundry other social ills. Pattabhiramaiah Sheshadri is an Indian film director who works in Kannada cinema. He was born on November 23, 1963 in the village of Dandinashivara in Karnataka, India. He began working in film in 1990 after a brief career as a journalist. The Directorate of Film Festivals has awarded a National Film Award to six of his films.
