Nacchattar (Nash) Singh Gill is sitting on top of his father, Indar Singh Gill's company truck. His sister, Malkit Kaur, is standing in front of the truck. She is wearing a rumāl , a head covering, and a white dress. The background includes another truck and a building structure. The truck's BC license plate number is "C71-693," with a serial number of "56." The 56 number tag means the BC Ministry of Transportation Department issued license plates in 1956.
