[Group photo of Herb Doman and five unidentified businessmen in an unidentified office]

Six businessmen pose for a photo behind a desk in an unidentified office, standing in two rows of three. The leftmost man in the second row is Herb Doman. The men in the centre and on the right of the first row hold paper documents. The desk is laden with a paper tray and an ashtray with a cigar in it. Three chairs sit behind the desk. A smaller desk laden with binders an unidentified object stands against the wall behind the men. A landscape photograph of a rolling green field hangs on the wall in the background.
