[Photo of Mike Harcourt speaking with two unidentified people near a helicopter]

On the path leading to a landing pad in the middle of a snow-covered field, former Premier Mike Harcourt speaks with two unidentified people. The landing pad and the path leading to it have been cleared of snow. A helicopter sits parked on the landing pad with a pilot waiting in its cockpit. A stand of trees beyond a snowbank can be seen in the background.

Mike Harcourt is a former Canadian politician belonging to the New Democratic Party. He was the 34th mayor of Vancouver from 1980 to 1986 and the 30th premier of British Columbia from 1991 to 1996.
